Suggested lifts to work on:
Deadlift 5,3,1+
Snatch Grip Deadlift 3,3,3+ (110,120 &130% of your 1 rep max)
WOD’s
1. Row 500m x4 with 2:00 minute rest between rounds.
2. 3 rounds for time of:
100 feet of walking lunge
30 Grasshoppers
Run 400m
3.
For time:
Run to Gary Ave.
10 Tire Flips
20 Sledgehammer Strikes
10 tire flips
Run to Gary ave.

you are closed a lot most CF gyms are open 7 days a week
I’ve never had a problem finding an open time to attend with my crazy schedule! They are only closed on Sundays…and that’s a day of rest for most people. Sorry it doesn’t work for you Terry; I hope you find elsewhere to reach your fullest fitness potential.
Really? in my experience (7 years of CrossFitting) I know a lot of gyms that are closed on Sundays and close for Certs and special events.
