You must row within 10% of your max effort all 4 rounds. Failure to do so is a foul. The athlete has an allowance of one foul, more than one foul and a 5th round is added.

Max row- if you rowed 500m in 2 minutes that would equal 120 seconds, 10% of that would be 12 then add that to 2 minutes and your allowed slowest time would be 2:12.
Define … 10% of your Max.
BTW … wrist is bruised. :'(
