Powerlifting and Weightlifting….
EMOM for 15 minutes of:
First 5 minutes do 3 power cleans per minute
Second 5 minutes do 2 power cleans per minute
Third 5 minutes do 1 power clean per minute……
Then
Back Squat 10,5,3,3,5,10 reps….. Go heavy….
For the first half do (10,5,3,…) pick weights that would be in line with your weightlifting/powerlifting percentages. For the second half (..3,5,10) go a little heavier!
Post loads for EMOM and back squats to Whiteboard and WODHOPPER!!!
