Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Bike .5 miles or Row 500m or run 400m (depending on weather)
Then three rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Post rounds and reps completed to WODHOPPER! (a completed bike, row, or run will be considered a +1 rep)
