WOD: AMRAP 15 minutes
100 ft. Farmers Walk (select weight based off 1/4 of your body weight, eg. 180 lbs. x .25 = 45, in each arm)
50 ft. Suitcase carry (that’s up and back in our gym… 50 ft. with right arm, 50 ft. with left arm)
15 Goblet squats (use one of your DB)
10 DB Hang Power Cleans (use both DBs)
