MAX EFFORT:
Everyone will do a 1 rep max Clean and Jerk.
Yes this is a ‘squat’ clean. A press out on the jerk will be a no rep you must receive the bar overhead in the locked out position. When you think you are close to a 1 rep, ask one of the trainers to judge final rep.
