Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups*, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
*AGAIN, I would like to stress that the standard for the push up is chest to deck, if anything else is touching it is not a proper push up. Your chest must touch the ground on every rep and raise your body in a the form of a plank to complete lockout to be considered a good push up. That is the only standard, chest to the deck while your body moves in the form of a plank not a snake.
