Everyone should sign up for the CrossFit Open
We will be doing the Open WOD’s every week and will be tailoring the daily workouts and lifts along the lines of HQ www.crossfit.com programming. The Open will last 5 weeks and it really is a lot of fun. Please support your local awesome CrossFit gym and sign up for the Open and would also help if you become a JUDGE!
Today we will focus on skill work and mobility.
Work on all forms of the clean and jerk (split too)
Light rowing
Cossack Squats
Pistols
Jump rope skill work, work on jumping on one foot, crossovers, double unders, triple unders.
Pick a skill work on it and then work on another. Do not over do anything, stay light and focused.
