CrossFit Kids on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15. Regular classes will resume at the 5:00 hour.

30 Dumbbell Thrusters 35/25lb
30 Generic Manmakers 35/25lb
30 Double Unders
30 Box Jumps 24/20
3 Rope Climbs (touch the steel frame at the top, then show control until feet are on floor, no dropping)
30 Box Jumps 24/20
30 Double Unders
30 Generic Manmakers 35/25lb
30 Thrusters 35/25lb
And then when it is all over do 28 burpees because we love burpees!
All the above for time!!
Jason, my listening skills are below average this week. I only did 30 manmakers (one each arm) instead of 30 each arm for 60 total per task. You can DNF me if you like.
Ha! No worries, it happens. It is only a 1000 burpee penalty.
