I want to apologize to everyone for the confusion with the Veterans Day workout. I am sorry for any grief I had caused because that was not my intent. The intent was to have a workout that would be different, difficult to do and not to understand and of course to honor our veterans.

15 Power Cleans 135/95lb
15 Ring Push ups (rings should be set fingers length from the floor)
