Work up to a load approximately 80-85% of your push jerk, then begin the EMOM.
EMOM for 20 minutes:
Even minute - 3 Push Press
Odd minute - max effort strict pull-ups
Even minute - 3 Push Jerks
Odd minute - max effort v-ups
Conditioning: Front and back Scales, hold for 15 seconds x 5
Planks 30 second holds x 5
