CrossFit isn't your average workout experience, so we know you'll have some questions. Here are some that may be on your mind:
Questions for New Guests
What will my first class be like?
Your first class will focus on you and your personal fitness especially with respect to the workout for the day… CrossFit is constantly varied. A session will last a full hour and will involve mobility, warm-ups, skill work, and then a WOD (workout of the day). Your first day
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothes that you would workout in, running shoes or cross-trainers, your own towel and water bottle… water available at gym.
What not to bring?
Negative attitude, tanning oil, an ego, disco music, or an 'I can't' attitude. Our coaching emphasizes mechanics first, consistency with mechanics and then building intensity.
Any food/meal guidelines?
For your benefit, please eat breakfast before the morning classes and a snack before the pm classes. Give yourself 30 minutes after a snack and an hour after a meal before coming to class.
