Even: 3 Deadlifts 225/155 (forward grip)
Odd: Strict toes to bar max reps
Even: 3 deadlifts 225/155 (forward grip)
Odd: Candlesticks for max reps
In total you will perform a total of 30 deadlifts and then max reps of the other two exercises.
