EMOM for 12 minutes
2 Cleans every minute on the minute for 12 minutes... you must start at a minimum of 70% of your 1 rep max.
Then:
Back Squat 5x3 @ 80%
Box back squat 3x3 @ 80% (squat to a platform that is at parallel or slightly below, sit down and re-fire those glutes to stand back up)
Then: BodyWeight Strength program Week 7 Day 4.... its almost over guys....
