WOD

5 rounds of: 30 wall-ball shots, 20/14-lb. ball 5 squat snatches* Rest 2 minutes

*it is only 5 reps, allowing for a larger load, try adding weight each round. Go big!

Post time and load for each round to notes, and total time for the WOD minus the 8 minutes of rest to BoxCommand.
