July 23rd, this Saturday is the Kettlebell clinic at 10:30! Everyone could use the training with that awesome tool the Kettlebell. I know Mike and I will be a part of the class and we are eager to learn and improve ourselves.  

We will be doing a 1 rep max of the Snatch, the Jerk, and the Clean this week. If you are a Powerlifter or follow that programming you can still participate in these lifts and just do the 'Power' movement of the lift instead of receiving the bar in the squat... if you so desire.

WOD

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

Run 200m

7 pull ups

7 bumper burpees (do your burpee facing a 25lb bumper and then jump forward onto it for each rep)
