EMOM for 20 minutes

Even: Clean 3 reps

Odd: Strict Pull ups x5 (Play with this number to make it work for you, do a plus or minus amount, do weighted, or do ring rows. Or do muscle ups or variations of. Have fun and make it a good workout)

Weightlifters: Back Squat 3x5 @ 77%

Conditioning:

100 V-ups unbroken*

*When you break, do 10 push ups.

Post loads of Squat 1 rep, and cleans, and how many sets of V-ups to WODHOPPER!!!
