Warm up should be no more than 15 minutes. Do mobility on what needs to be done and then do 1-5 reps of every exercise for the WOD. By the time you are at the weight to be used for the WOD you will be good and warm.

12 days of Christmas. This workout will be done exactly like the song.

Example: 1 Power Clean, 2 wall climbs 1 power clean, 3 Box Jumps 2 wall climbs and 1 power clean etc….
