  Everyone has been talking and asking about what to bring to the party as far as food goes.... It would be helpful if people posted into either comments or on paleo Facebook page about what paleo dish you plan to bring to munch on.

And a reminder that the gym will be closed at 6pm this Friday and again on Saturday the gym will be closed altogether.

WARM UP

On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me:

2 wall climbs (walkouts if you want)

1 power clean (any weight)

Weightlifting:

Clean & Jerk 3×3 @75% Clean Pull 3×3 @110% Back Squat 3×3 @80%

Power lifting:

Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5+

Conditioning:

Work on a skill..... pull ups, muscle ups, double unders...etc.
