WOD

Either do 1 of the Power Fit WOD's, or for time complete:

5 rounds of:

Run 200m

10 Push ups (as always chest to deck!)

20 Kettlebell Swings (bell inverted over the wrists with arms locked out)

30 Double unders (if you are inefficient at them either practice for 2 minutes during the WOD or do tuck jumps)
