Today we are doing a partner team WOD! This will be fun!!! No you do not have to bring a friend (unless you want) in fact this workout is geared more for the regular member. SO come in and lets have some fun. Partner WOD:

Rule: one person working at a time. One person resting. Must TAG your partner to switch.

Do the following for time:

Row:60 Calories

60 Deadlifts 185/130lb

60 Thrusters 75/50lb

60 Pull Ups

60 Box Jumps 24/20"

You may have two different bars set up per lift if your team is co-ed or requires it due to any needed scaling.
