Saturday!
/8am We will begin "Mike (and friends) Lifts 100 tons" this is an all day event. The event will begin promptly at 8am and will finish at 4pm.
We will have food, beverages and good company! Come in lift or hang out and support the lifters. We will be accpeting donations at the gym or on the link
Recommended lifts:
Deadlift
Power Clean
Jerks
Squats
Pull ups
Lifts NOT permitted:
Kettlebell (anything)
Bench Press
Curls (NEVER allowed)
Or anything not using a barbell.
