Tomorrow Mike (and friends) lifts 100tons!!! Come in, lift or support an awesome cause!! The event starts at 8am and will end at 4pm. ALL are welcome.

3 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
30 Kettlebell Swings 55/35lb
30 Sit ups
30 Double unders*
*IF you are not proficient in DU's you will practice them for 2 minutes each round instead of grueling through them for 10 minutes at a time.
