Deadlift 20,20,20 (40,50,60% Deload)

 

WOD

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 and 1 rep rounds for time of:

Kettlbell Sntaches 55/35lb reps per arm (example 10 per arm, then 9 per arm etc..)

Ring Dips

Goblet Squats 55/35lb

Russian Swings 55/35lb

Please do not drop the kettlebells. They are not bumpers. Thank you.
