You must RSVP  if you want a 7am class!! CrossFit Kids Class is at 4:15 today. Regular classes will resume at 5.

 

EMOM (every minute on the minute) 15 minutes

2 Cleans (yes you must catch in the squat, they do not have to be touch and go)

Add weight at your will to accomplish 2 heavy cleans in one minute. Use the 15 minutes to build into a strong finish, give it your all with good form. Record heaviest weight.

MAX EFFORT

Front Squat 5,5,5+ (75,85,85%) warm up as needed to get to your starting weight.
