For time complete the "Burpee Gauntlet" Version 1.

10 CrossFit Carol Stream ManMakers! (official) 40/30lb dumbbells*

20 Burpee Pull Ups

30 Burpee Box Jumps

40 Burpees!!

 

*CFCS ManMakers With a pair of dumbbells in your hands, start off standing and then perform a burpee, as you come out of the burpee (after push up) pull yourself into a squat clean, then finish with a thruster. That is one rep of the CFCS ManMaker!
