EMOM every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
On the minute do 1 power clean and then while holding bar in rack position do 1 front squat. Be sure to open the hips to full extension after both lifts. Add weight accordingly.
Conditioning
3 rounds (NOT for time) of:
20 GHD sit ups
10 Strict Toes to Bar (no kip)
20 Hip and Back Ext.
