WOD

3 rounds for time of:

25 sit ups

21 Right Arm Dumbbell squat Snatches 35/25lb

25 sit ups

21 Left Arm  Dumbbell squat Snatches 35/25lb

 

With the dumbbell snatch at the bottom of the squat you may find it easier to have a slight twist in the torso with the 'free' shoulder dropping below the knee allowing the 'loaded' shoulder to be more centered with the hips.
