GROUP WARM UP PUSH UP FINAL TEST:

2 minute test. You may only rest in the plank or the downward dog. You have 2 minutes to complete as many GOOD push ups as possible. Only good reps will be counted.Chest to deck and full lock out. Head bobs and hips to deck are not acceptable push ups. Everyone will have a judge/counter.

We will post your first score and today's score to the whiteboard for a side by side comparison.

 

MAX EFFORT

5 rounds of:

rest between rounds but do not put the bar down during the round.

We are a looking for a max for an entire round. Post ALL rounds to the whiteboard. GO HEAVY
