4 front squats
3 box jumps
2 wall climbs
1 power clean
Partner and Individual WOD
Partner A:
12 Hang Power Snatch 95/65lb
5 Over the Bar Burpees
Meanwhile....
Partner B:
Rows for calories in the time it takes partner A to finish.
Partner A cannot begin the Hang power snatches until Partner B begins rowing. When Partner A finishes the 5th Burpee then Partner B stops rowing. And Switch!
In essence the partners are battling against one another to obtain the most calories.
