Clean (squat) 4x1 (go heavier than you did a couple weeks ago) MAYBE get a new max or PR
Back Squat 4x1 follow same guidelines for the clean.
Note every rep should be heavy.
Conditioning:
Mountain climbers on the rings 3x10
Reverse Hypers or supermans 3x10
