Do all of the following for time,
Run 400m
30 Walking lunges
Run 400m
30 box jumps 24/20
Run 400m
30 toes to bar
Run 400m
30 calories on the bike
Run 400m
30 burpees
You may do the exercises in any order you like, but you have to run 400m before each exercise.
