Deadlift 115/80lb

Hang Power Clean* 115/80

Front Squat 115/80

Push Jerk (or Split Jerk is fine too) 115/80

*if you are doing the first rep of the hang power clean in a set you must deadlift the barbell to your hips and then lower to your knees. Pulling from the floor is not allowed.
