Due to the importance of the Cubs game today, the awesome, previously-scheduled WOD has been postponed. EMOM 20 minute

Even minute: Snatch 1 rep (start with a good working weight and move up from there)

Odd minute: Push ups 10 reps, chest to deck is the standard*

For the Snatch they are to be received in the squat.

*Push ups: Murph prep!

Rings 1:

3 rounds of:

8-12 reps of Reverse pull up

5-10 reps of Inverted hangs
