/Keep Rowing!! Some people have already reached the halfway point for the full Marathon! EMOM (because everyone loves emom's)
For twenty minutes:
Even minutes Overhead squat x3
Odd: Pulling*
*1. Muscle ups (rings or bar) x3 (use a band if necessary)
2. Pull ups Strict x5
3. Chest to bar x5
4. kipping pull ups x5
5. Peg Board 1 ascent!
Pick your pulling poison, you dont have to stick to one type of 'pulling' and can be creative.
Push your limits!!
