First 5 minutes 3 Hang Squat Cleans every minute on the minute

Second 5 minutes 2 Hang Squat Cleans every minute on the minute

Third 5 minutes 1 Hang Squat Clean every minute on the minute

If you are unable to increase the load every minute, at minimum you should increase every 5 minutes.
