Powerlifting:

Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5+

Weightlifting:

Clean 3x5 @ 65%

Box Back Squat 3x5 @ 65% (squat to a box or chair, sit, and squat up!)

Conditioning:

3 rounds of:

5 Inverted hangs on the rings

10 Ring push ups

15 Ring Crunches
