/It's great to be back! North Carolina and the Great Smokey Mountains offer a lot of peace and tranquility... great vacation with the whole family! Couldn't have had a better time... white water rafting, fly fishing, even golf... one of the best yet! I'll be programming this week... if you have a movement or a request for a movement to be incorporated in a workout, let me know and I'll see what I can do! No guarantees.
