/This Friday we are finally doing the 2 minute push up test from the Push up program we started way back in history. The delay was not a planned one but somewhat unavoidable. WOD
Two part workout....
5 rounds for time of:
5 deadlifts 225/155lb
10 burpees
rest 1 minute then:
10 minute AMRAP
10 ring dips
20 wall balls 20/14lb
