Run 200m
12 push ups
12 Kettlebell snatches 55/35lb*
*The end of the kettlebell snatch is with bell locked out overhead, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hips lined up with ear exposed in front of bicep. If you are whipping them down as fast as you are whipping them up overhead you are most likely not locking out correctly.
