/Weigthlifting: Snatch 4x5 @ 73% (if you miss, count that as a rep for that round)
Powerlifting/WOD/Conditioning:
EMOM for 20 minutes alternating between
Even minutes Front Squat 5 reps @ 65%
Odd minutes Toes to Bar 7 reps*
*do 7 reps as long as you can in the minute, when you cannot do the reps anymore reduce to a manageable number, keep the standards high. If you are unable to do Toes to bar, Either use the GHD, Do V-Ups, or Ring crunches, or any combination of them.
