Bench Press 1 rep max*
*A good rep is from a locked out position the bar must be lowered to touch the chest and then pressed to lockout with the hips maintaining contact to the bench.

AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 Ring dips (shoulder to rings)
10 Toes to bar
15 Walking lunges
Post 1 rep max and rounds to WODHOPPER!!!!
