Cleans EMOM*

You will begin the EMOM with 65% of your 1 rep max. You will do 1 rep every minute on the minute increasing the load 5-10lbs each minute. If you fail a rep and are unable to complete it in the designated minute you may try again the following minute. You are only allowed 2 fails. Continue adding weight and performing the lift until you are unable. Good luck!

Conditioning:

3 rounds of

10-20 GHD sit ups

10-20 hip and back ext.

10-20 Ring Crunches (feet in the rings)
