Clean 3 reps at 70% every minute on the minute for the first five minutes
Clean 3 reps at 75% every minute on the minute for the next five minutes
Clean 2 reps at 80% every minute on the minute for the last five minutes

Skill work: spend 1-3 minutes working on a skill, spend the time needed for each skill you work on. Double unders may only need a minute or two where a GHD sit ups or a handstand walk may require more time.. Use time wisely and learn something.
