Saturday!!!
/We will have Yoga for Athletes at 8:30!!! Everyone of you needs it... if you have not tried it yet now is the time.
Open Gym from 9:30 until Noon.
Come in and work on a skill, do some Olympic Lifting (snatches!) or make up a WOD you missed.
Saturdays during an open gym are a great time to work on things you cannot do during a normal class.
Lets move the Yoke around tomorrow!!!!
