TEAM WOD this Saturday!! Ok we are in the final week of this 'new' lifting program. Stick it out and reap the rewards.

 

MAX EFFORT

Increase the weights from last week as you’re able to.

Clean & Jerk – 5 x 1 Clean Pull – 3 x 2 Back Squat – 5 x 2

Conditioning:

3 rounds of

12 weighted pistols (alternating, and you pick the weight)

15-20 GHD sit ups
