Increase the weights from last week as you’re able to.

MAX EFFORT Clean & Jerk – 5 x 1 (possible 1 rep max, and you do a split jerk) Clean Pull – 3 x 3 Back Squat – 5 x 3 (go deep)

CONDITIONING:

With a continuously running clock, do one burpee the first minute, two burpees the second minute, three burpees the third minute..etc. Continue in this fashion until you cannot perform the required amount of burpees in the 60 second time period. No one who performs this conditioning exercise should finish without a 'plus.' And remember the focus is the lifting.
