This Saturday is bring a friend Partner WOD! Lets introduce new people to an awesome program. The WOD will begin at 10:30, please bring your friend by 10:00am to sign waivers and we can begin to warm up on time.

10 Box Jumps 30/24

10 Kettlebell Swings 55/35*

*The standard is: the bell must be vertical overhead with arms locked out and bell above the handle vertically as wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips and knees all line up.
