This workout is a heavy one, IF you are capable of doing the load, do it well with little to no press outs.

Form is for your safety and your fitness. If you press out 29 reps of the 30, not only are you putting undue stress on your shoulders, you are learning bad habits. We will ask you to reduce weight if we see consecutive press outs. Form is everything!
