We at CrossFit Carol Stream take fitness very seriously and would like to share this fitness with our local community. We can do this by growing our community we already have in the gym. We want to have a partner workout this Saturday at 10:30. Bring a friend, co-worker, spouse, even the mailman to join you in a partner workout so we can begin to share this awesome fitness driven community with others. Thank you!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 15 Double-unders 15 Burpees 15 Box Jump 15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent (or 7 strict pull ups for an alternate)
